Creating a Greener, More Inclusive Community Space
To support their vision for an environmentally responsible future, Oasis Hub needed a strategy to reduce their energy usage and carbon footprint. C3 Group delivered a tailored Heat Decarbonisation Plan, which was successfully used to access grant funding for vital energy upgrades.
What We Did
From Strategy to Community-Focused Delivery
Once funding was secured, the Hub implemented targeted low-carbon interventions that improved building efficiency and reduced environmental impact – without compromising the inclusive space they provide.
Scope of Work:
- Solar PV system installed to harness clean energy
- LED lighting replacements throughout the building
- An energy management system to monitor and optimise performance
These improvements will save approximately £6,439 per year and cut carbon emissions by 10.17 tonnes annually.
