Working on behalf of the main investor as energy efficiency experts, C3 Group pulled together the investment from the initial concept through the RIBA Stage 4, offering a turnkey service in the design and development of the district heating system.
The modularly built energy centre is set to supply heating for 1022 homes with the first phase consisting of 276 homes delivering a capacity of 1022 kWp.
