Charities, community hubs, and non-profits often operate on tight budgets while managing ageing buildings and inconsistent energy systems. C3 Group helps these organisations unlock cost-effective, grant-funded decarbonisation solutions – allowing them to reduce operational costs, future-proof their estates, and maximise their social impact.
C3 Group supported North Yorkshire Outdoor Learning Service with a site-wide Feasibility Study for heat decarbonisation at Carlton Lodge. The work was designed to help the team reduce reliance on fossil fuels, improve energy performance, and build a roadmap to future grant funding and sustainability.
C3 Group partnered with Oasis Hub Hull, a vibrant and inclusive community organisation, to develop a Heat Decarbonisation Plan that enabled real-world energy improvements. The strategy helped reduce carbon emissions, lower costs, and support the Hub’s long-term commitment to a thriving and sustainable community.
C3 Group worked with The Freedom Centre, a vibrant community space in Hull, to deliver a Heat Decarbonisation Plan that unlocked funding for major energy upgrades. These improvements are now generating significant savings while helping the Centre contribute to the environmental regeneration of the local area.
C3 Group has successfully secured grant funding for 88 charities and organisations across the UK, supporting projects such as Solar PV, ASHP, fabric upgrades, and LED lighting upgrades.
